A lot of people wait until life falls apart before they pray, but prayer was never meant to be a last option. It is where you go when your mind is overwhelmed, when you are trying to make sense of things, or when you are carrying stuff you do not even know how to explain to people.
There are moments when you realize you cannot fix everything by overthinking it, stressing about it, or trying to handle it all on your own. Prayer slows you down long enough to remember that God is still in control, even when life feels uncertain. Sometimes the answer comes quickly, and sometimes peace comes first, but either way God meets you there. 🙌
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” - Philippians 4:6-7
Many people believe they will become more faithful, more disciplined, or more committed once life becomes easier. The problem is that purpose is not developed when everything is comfortable. Purpose is developed when we choose to trust God and grow through the season we are in.
When we look at Joseph's life, we see that God was preparing him long before he ever stepped into the palace. Every challenge, every setback, and every unexpected season became part of the process God used to shape his character and strengthen his faith.
The same is true for us. The season you are in right now may not look like the promise God has given you, but it can still be the place where He is preparing you for it. When you continue to grow, serve, and trust Him where you are, you position yourself to walk in everything He has called you to become. 🙌
