* Check hose bibs and outdoor faucets for leaks
* Run your sprinkler system and look for broken heads
* Flush your water heater (if it hasn’t been done)
* Look under sinks for slow leaks

1) Service the A/C system

This is the big one.
• change the air filter every 30–60 days
• clear grass / debris around the outdoor condenser
• keep at least 12–24 inches of clearance around the unit
• gently rinse condenser coils with a water hose
• check that the drain line is flowing properly
• make sure vents inside are open and unobstructed
