This is normally something I do when everyone is on a new health kick at the beginning of the year, but I think every 3 months or so, you should switch things up! As we head into fall, why not add some new smoothie recipes to your breakfast or dinner lineup? I prefer them for dinner most of the time so that I don't eat too much 3 hours before bed.
