Lake Como residents thrilled for $3 million set for street, blight improvements The city of Fort Worth has awarded Lake Como $3.2 million for improvements to streets, sidewalks and street lights. The money is also used for blight abatement and park improvements. The investment comes from a half cent municipal property tax.

Redevelopment Near Texas Wesleyan University

We enjoyed working with Local Homes Fort Worth on a redevelopment project in the old part of Wesleyan.

The three apartments are located at 1411 Wesleyan in an older building. They now have exposed brick walls and open ceilings. Renters are going to enjoy living in this mixed-use building that's right across the street from Texas Wesleyan University!
