If you are new, making "gainz" isn't the hard part. Regardless if those gains are losing weight or putting muscle or some combination, there really isn't any magic. The hard part is sustaining those gains once you make them. The reason is that to sustain the progress that you make, you cannot go back to being the person you were prior to the gains.
Do you have a plan to sustain your progress? If your approach was realistic, this will be easier, but still a challenge. Most people are not prepared for this. We can help. You need an exit strategy before your it is time to exit.

More than just personal training. Your partners for your best you.
A great example of a good idea gone wrong is the belief that you have to “trick” the muscle to get it to grow. This is especially untrue for beginners. Your progress will stall over time if you do the same thing all the time, but there are many ways to create variation. Most notable is by simply increasing the load. What is often left out is that for new lifters strength gain is less a muscle adaptation and for a neural adaptation. Neural adaptation occurs from repetition not trickery. There is nothing wrong with challenging a muscle in a new way, but you can keep it simple. Add weight or maybe just adjust your set and rep scheme. There is a time and place for almost everything. You can have your tricks. I will stick with constant, systematic progression.
