🏡 Carroll Park is coming soon to south Fort Worth! Homes start at $135,000 for buyers in the 60–120% AMI range. Families in the 60–80% range may also qualify for up to $25,000 in down payment assistance — for example, a family of four earning about $64,000–$85,000 could be eligible.
