So I found out earlier this week that the readers and followers of Fort Worth Magaizine named me the best Personal Trainer in Fort Worth! 💪🏾😤
I thank God daily for giving me another chance, but I will say most of all I want to thank ME! I dont know anyone who works harder at what I do and what we have created for the city of Fort Worth😤
Special thanks to all who have supported me everything that I'm involved with. From the street cleanups, training foster kids, or just coming by to say, I have nothing but love for ya'l l✊🏿.

I have to admit, I'm really happy with the position God has put in me in. To be able to mentor and show these young people something they may never get a chance to see otherwise is nothing less than a blessing!
