What am I drinking on a friday night to de stress from a long week? Not alcohol, 🍺🙅🏻‍♀️ but tea and fruit🍓🍑 . Tonight, I’m drinking hibiscus 🌺to support hot flashes, lavender 🪻 and rose petals 🌹to calm and relax my nerves and loosen my muscles and jam packed with vitamin c and antioxidants to support my immune system after dealing with Texas weather and city life. Added a bit of tart cherry 🍒 for an anti inflammatory and to boost melatonin and I’ll be in dream land, getting REAL rest, no side effects! Spring is a great time to drink flowers 🌸
