Dear Parents and Guardians of Panola 6th–8th Grade Students,
Panola is excited to offer the following athletic opportunities for the upcoming school year. As in previous years, all students must have a current physical examination and a completed Athletics Packet on file before they are eligible to participate in tryouts or games. Athletics packets are attached to this message and are also available at the school. Although the campus will be closed from June 29 through July 10, a supply of packets will be available in a desk located outside the main building for your convenience. Due to the fall season beginning on August 24, tryouts for Volleyball and Flag Football will be held during the first week of school. Information regarding tryouts for all other sports will be communicated later in the school year.

We are also pleased to announce a free Before-School Conditioning Camp that will take place July 20–31, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This camp is designed to help students improve their conditioning, prepare for tryouts, and get ready for a successful athletic season.
