Requirements:
• CDL A license - 2 years experience or 1 year experience with a clean MVR record.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 1 at fault accident.
• No major violations in most recent 5 years
• Excessive Speed (15+ over posted speed limit)
• Hit and Run Conviction
• Fleeing or Eluding Police
• Manslaughter or Negligent Homicide
• DUI or DWI
• Racing
• Driving Under a Suspended License
• Reckless Driving
• Other violations similar to the above
