I met Sterling through Social Media and she invested in a Popup I did. Well there was one PROBLEM. She didn't like her hair in the Popup. She told me over and over it's okay, and I said no! I want you to feel confident my job is to capture you in the best possible light. I am showing you the beauty I see in you.

So, I went to the drawing board too see how I could SOLVE this PROBLEM and make sure it doesn't happen again. I decided to give her another Session on the house to make up for the one she didn't like, but with a twist.

I did a Discovery call to find out what her goals were, and scheduled a consultation to dive deeper. Then we created a Pinterest board together to have an idea of the looks she wanted. This helped me curate a Creative Direction with her at the center.

Lastly I wanted to make sure going forward I went over a check list of things she could prepare pre-shoot to be successful.
