We are kicking off a vinyasa yoga foundations series next week! 🧘🏻‍♀️

This series is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to refine their practice. We'll get into pose alignment, breath, using props & walls for support, and vinyasa flow.

Our aim is for students to feel empowered with a deeper understanding of their practice.
