Our Land Development team at Shield provided site development and survey services for a new Wendy's location, supporting the project through planning, design and coordination. Shield provides a full range of site development services, including site selection and due diligence, zoning and entitlements, surveying and platting, roadway and parking lot design, ADA design, permitting support, and construction administration. It is always rewarding to see a project move from concept to completion and become part of a growing community.
