Dry brine method:
1️⃣ Pat your turkey dry
2️⃣ Coat generously with our brine mix
3️⃣ Overnight air chill in the fridge
4️⃣ Brush off excess brine mix
5️⃣ Rub with oil/butter + our herb rub seasoning
6️⃣ Roast 500°F for 30 min, then 350°F until 165°F in the thickest part of the breast
