I get asked a lot if food would fool/distract a drug dog. Or if a k9 indicated on their bag if they could dismiss it as “oh I have food, that’s why!” I tell them all the same thing. NO! If the K9 truly knows what pays and what doesn’t pay, and if the handler can differentiate between their dogs change or interest, you will absolutely get caught! There is an entire In and Out combo meal in the blue bag and Oki doesn’t waste anytime with it. He knows only success=reward.
