This is Veronica, she is my little sister and she’s struggled to have hair that is effortless for as long as I can remember but one of the changes that has helped her maintain beautifully easy hair has been routine hair trims.

Even just a small cut can breathe life into hair that has lost its luster and it doesn’t have to be a constant undertaking. My recommendation for bare minimum haircut maintenance is every 6 months, at the 6 month mark the ends of you hair have seen better days and a slight trim can prevent breakage and split ends from creating bigger problems farther up the hair strand.
