As a teenager I suffered from migraines so intense I'd end up in the emergency room after a few days of being in bed with my head under a pillow. The Neurologist that helped me understand this back in 2000-something, before any sort of health movement took place, had me read a book by Dr. Hyman. That book sent me down a rabbit hole of nonstop learning that continues to this day.

I’ve always loved mornings. Everything feels so fresh, new, bright and possible! After coffee, of course. Something that hit me pretty profoundly while doing 75 Hard was the idea that literally any minute of any day is a chance to turn your day, or life, around. Whatever arbitrary timelines we create in our heads, are just that. You don’t have to wait until tomorrow to be in a good mood, or Monday to start a diet etc. 💖It’s one of those simple things that can have a pretty big impact if you let it sink in and put it into action. ☀️
