Maddy's Cakery

This is probably my most unique cake and one of my very favorites!! The barrel is completely made from buttercream- I added texture with a pastry brush, and painted on food coloring for the aged look. Then I molded the ice cubes from isommalt sugar, added an edible image label, and the mini whiskey bottles are real. So much fun!!

I love a big, pink, frilly, girly cake, and that’s exactly what my baby girl got for her third birthday! The base was pink funfetti cake with cookies & cream filling, and the top tier was caramel cake with Dulce de leche filling 🎀🤍
