Improv theater skills are a fun way to create a bridge between Neurodivergent and Neurotypical communication, and help build self-esteem. The start of summer is often exciting, but sometimes the shifts in schedule also bring some waves of different emotions! Remember it is fine to need time to rest and process as we kick off the new routine of the next few months!
