This is one of our neighborhood’s largest events! Plan on attending and enjoying breakfast with your family and neighbors! This is a rain or shine event.

We figured since we have the tent the night before the Pancake Breakfast, why not use it! 😁

If you’d like to bring your own picnic dinner, snack or beverage, come socialize in the Common Area Friday evening from 5 to 7 PM. Yard games will be available for kids and adults. Tent, table and chairs provided!

The city will bring our annual dumpster at about 8 am on Saturday, June 3rd. It will be placed near the Common Area.

NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUP PROGRAM GUIDELINES FOR ROLL-OFF CONTAINERS/TRUCKS

Materials that cannot be put into the container/truck include:Anti-freeze Chemicals TiresAppliance with Freon Fire Extinguishers Used OilAsphalt Fluorescent Bulbs ConcreteAuto Fluids Freon Refrigerant Auto Parts Hazardous Waste LiquidsElectronics Oil Based Paint ExplosivesClosed Containers Items Containing Mercury PesticidesCompressed Gas Lead Acid Batteries HerbicidesRadioactive Materials Special Waste Fertilizers*** Latex paint cans need to be dried out before placing in the container.We cannot accept paint in a liquid form because it may leak out onto theground or street.
Cleanups are from 8:00am to 12:00 (noon). Containers will be deliveredby 8:00 am and picked up between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm on the sameday.

Do Not Overfill the container. Debris must not hang over the sides or stickup higher than the sides of the container, and the door must be able to close(please see photo below).The neighborhood is responsible for the container. If it is overfilled, theneighborhood will be responsible for leveling off the container prior topickup. If unacceptable items are placed in the container, the neighborhoodis responsible for removal and disposal of the item(s).No Rain Date for Containers/trucks. We will not be able to pick up containers and deliver them on another day if it is raining. If there is thunder and lightning, DO NOT, under any circumstances, try to do your cleanup.
