Every Monday at 4:15 PM, we offer a FREE Heroes Yoga class at Power Yoga Fort Wayne for all active military, veterans, first responders, healthcare workers and their spouses with valid ID

Yoga can help support our heroes through:
Stress relief & nervous system regulation
Improved mobility, recovery, and strength
Better sleep and mental clarity
Community, connection and grounding both on and off the mat
