We wish Skip the best and know his time will be filled with family, and pretty much whatever he wants. We will miss his expertise and experience.

Before he sails off into the sunset, we’re wishing all the best to Skip as he retires after nearly a decade with Ideal Builders. Since joining us in 2016, Skip’s 22+ years of residential construction experience, teamwork, and dedication have helped make countless homebuilding experiences a success. We’ll miss his expertise and wish him well as he enjoys softball, mission trips, and time with family. Congratulations on a well‑earned retirement, Skip!

Today we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., whose leadership and courage helped open the door to greater fairness and equality in housing across the nation. His work continues to guide our commitment to creating communities where opportunity, dignity, and access are foundational, not optional.

In observance of MLK Day, all Biggs and affiliated offices are closed today and will reopen tomorrow.

Just before Christmas, Kevan, our President & CEO, stopped by Sunny Knoll Senior Apartments in Wi******er, IN to check on the renovation progress—and to spread some holiday cheer!
A big thank you to our amazing residents for their patience and kindness throughout these updates.
The renovations go beyond fresh interiors and exteriors—we’ve added smart features like TVs, smart thermostats, tablets, and included internet to make life even more connected and comfortable.
