You love the idea of basking in new-found confidence, but the idea of taking some, most, or all of your clothes off in front of a stranger is seriously mortifying to you. And there is a CAMERA involved?! Yep, count you OUT—you already hide from those at barbecues and family Christmas and you are CLOTHED then!

Let’s don’t even get started on the idea of spending money on yourself—you already feel guilty enough buying yourself that morning Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Oh, and then there is the idea of trying to make a “sexy face”....you’ve practiced in the mirror and are prettyyyy convinced that ‘sexy’ is not in your destiny and no WAY will you be caught dead trying to LOOK sexy.

The advice I was always given when faced with something that seemed overwhelming was: “You wanna know how you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.” It’s the weirdest quote, but makes so much sense! This logic has carried over into how I run my business and how I prepare clients for what SEEMS like an anxiety-riddled roller coaster ride.

You’re scared to get naked? Good, me too. I get it! So that’s why we start SLOW. We start in the outfit you feel the least like you want to puke in. We listen to fun music, we take dance breaks, you watch me trip over things, we tell each other our secrets, you watch me do the poses for you. Before you know it, I’m the girl you’ve known forever, and it gets SO much easier to get less and less clothed. TRUST ME.
