We're hiring a customer service representative for our Fort Wayne, IN branch.

Position Description:
Handle daily customer service operations with; assist customers, take incoming customer calls, scheduling service calls, scheduling route deliveries of bottled water and salt, maintaining/entering data into our CRM software, basic collections, bookkeeping, etc.

Job Qualifications:
- Two-year Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
- Route scheduling experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
- General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
- Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Position Description:
The route driver operates a company vehicle over established routes and delivers products such as Culligan water, salt, filters, chemicals, exchange tanks, commercial and industrial deionization tanks, etc. The position provides documentation on receipt of money from customers, delivery tickets, route book entries, repairs, and parts used.
