Feature Duck Breast — $52
Two pan-seared duck breasts placed atop a bed of wild rice cooked with butter, mulled wine reduction, and garlic confit. The duck breast is topped with a red pepper, shallot, and garlic confit tapenade and garnished with micro basil for an unbelievable finish. Choice of soup or salad. Choice of side available for a $4 upcharge.
Pan-Seared Salmon — $48
8oz sweet chili glazed salmon served with sautéed bok choy and broccolini alongside gochujang rice noodles. Choice of soup or salad. No side substitutions.
