MORGAN DISTRIBUTION, INC. ANNOUNCES BOLD LEADERSHIP TRANSITION AS IT NEARS 100-YEAR MILESTONE
Third-generation owner Perry Morgan to retire; COO Steven Brewer named CEO as company prepares for next century of innovation.
FORT WAYNE, IN – As Morgan Distribution, Inc. approaches its centennial anniversary in 2028, the company announced a leadership transition signaling a strategic evolution from its successful past to its lean and efficient future. President and third-generation owner Perry Morgan and longtime VP of Business Development Gordie Hoeft are retiring after a combination of nearly 120 years of company leadership. Taking the reins are Chief Operating Officer Steven Brewer, promoted to CEO, Territory Sales Manager Terry Reed, now appointed VP of Sales, and Marketing and Technology veteran Patrick Hess, as CMO and CTO.
