Saying goodbye to Stories Told By AR is tender and bittersweet. For the past six years, I’ve had the deep honor of connecting with your stories through my lens under that name... and what a joy it’s been.

Like all meaningful journeys, growth brings change. Over time, both I and the brand have evolved.... into something more refined, more intentional, and more aligned with who I am today. Enter: Amber Media Co.

This rebrand is about embracing subtle luxury, mature creativity, and a deeper sense of purpose. It’s simpler, truer to me, and a bridge between where I began and where I’m headed.

I started photographing single moms who couldn’t afford portraits; because I had once been in that same place. This journey (from a donation-based passion project to a fully developed brand) has been deeply humbling. In the beginning, I offered sessions for free or by donation, simply wanting to give others what I once couldn’t afford myself: meaningful photos that told real stories. I never imagined those quiet beginnings would one day grow into a business with a name, a voice, and a vision. Every step (messy, miraculous, and marked by grace) has reminded me that when you lead with purpose, blessing follows. I’m still in awe of how far it’s come, and even more in awe of the hearts who have trusted me along the way.

Through Amber Media Co., that mission continues... now with a clearer focus:

✨ Destination weddings that feel like storybook chapters
✨ Mini styled family sessions that capture magic in the middle of the mess

Both photo &&& (the most requested/anticipated add on) VIDEO will take center stage moving forward, with hints of amber woven into every project, every frame, and every client relationship.

I’m still wrapping up my own branding headshots, introduction video, and final touches on the website, but I couldn’t wait to share the new logo and vision with you.

The new site will be easier to explore, easier to connect through, and a whole lot more me.

This is just the beginning.
