Do you want to know a secret? For a long time, I thought I had to keep my clinical psychology and my faith in two separate boxes. I thought I was being wise by keeping them apart, but I was missing the bounty that comes when they work together.

I’ve realized that true restoration happens at the intersection of professional care and biblical truth. That’s why I’m so excited to share our new banner for the Holy Psych Community on Skool.

This isn’t just another group; it’s a safe harbor where we dive into mental health support, biblical wisdom, and healing in Jesus. Whether you are walking through a season of anxiety or just looking for a community that values both your heart and your mind, you are welcome here.

I’d love for you to see what we’re building. It’s a place for education, support, and finding that daily joy that comes from walking with the Lord.

You can find us and join the conversation at skool.com/holypsych. Let’s start this journey of healing together.

The empty tomb shows me no worry is too heavy for Him. Resurrection hope turns parenting anxiety into peace. 🌱 Join our Holy Psych community for faith-based support: coming soon! ($39/mo, not therapy).

You weren't meant to do this alone. Period. 🤝

Parenting anxiety grows in isolation. But look at the first Easter: the disciples found strength and joy when they came together. We need a community that reminds us of the truth when we’re too tired to remember it ourselves. Who is in your corner?

✨ Practical Tip: Send a quick text to one parent friend today just to say, "I’m glad we’re in this together."

We often feel like we have to project perfect faith for our kids, but even Thomas had his doubts after the resurrection. Parenting can bring up so many "what ifs" and "how comes." God isn't intimidated by your questions or your anxiety. He invites you to bring them to Him, just as Thomas did. Faith isn't the absence of doubt; it's trust in the middle of it.

Practical Tip: Journal one parenting "doubt" or "what if" today and consciously leave it in God's hands.
