Warmer weather is coming and the days are getting longer. For those that took the winter off from fi****ms training, it is time to jump back in. I am still offering both individual and small group training during most evenings and weekends. Unfortunately, do to a demanding work schedule, I will not be offering my traditional structured classes. I can still teach the curriculum, but will be doing so individually or through private small groups.
