July 2021: Roof project consisted of stripping off old roofing down to deck, install new plywood and synthetic paper. Installed new shingles and drip edge.

Project in June 2021: Installed posts in ground with concrete with floor joists on girder system. Installed 14’x60’ deck with steps and rails on the main construction trailer at a major building project in Fort Wayne. Painted the steps and rails.

Project in April 2021: Installed 2 niche cabinets with trellis at a local Fort Wayne Cemetery.

Project in May 2021: Installed screen around existing covered porch.

Project from March 2021: Removed existing concrete patio. Installed girder system, floor joists with bridging blocks and Trex deck with rail.

Project in March 2021: Install 36” metal door, replace stairs and install a “Bilco” cellar door.
