Took less than 2 full days to get this one under contract.

Closed on this listing for my seller yesterday! We were able to get it closed early but unfortunately that meant that I wasn’t able to attend the closing. My seller has some exciting things ahead and we will hopefully be closing on his new home in the country next week.
