Daybed/Reading nook we built for a customer here in Destin. We love the transformation this made to a small room with a beautiful view.

Jetty East Full Remodel Complete. This was essentially a full gut, re-wire, then new everything. 3 bedroom/3 bath. We turned 2 of the patios into proper living spaces to add to the conditioned Sq Footage.The added issues that come up on a condo job will keep you on your toes. Between 5 flights of stairs, small elevators, HOA rules etc, we worked really hard to complete this one in a little less than 5 months. Thanks to my awesome vendors, Destin Elite Tile , Seaview Glass & Mirror. And all the other hard working folks that helped to bring this one together.

Small side project we fit in during remodels. Outdoor shower. 9kw instant water heater. GFCI protected sub panel/circuit. Consistent 115 degree plus water temp. Fun way to shower.

Jetty East condo project in full swing. Demo complete, full electrical rewire in process, sheetrock repair/texture next. This is getting a new Kitchen, all 3 new bathrooms, flooring and more. More picts to come as progress continues.

The most recent Ft Walton beach Remodel project is at about 90%. About 2 weeks until completion then we will post some before and after pictures. On deck is a full Condo remodel in Destin.
