I was very impressed with the short turnaround on getting a quote (just a matter of a few hours before hearing back).
I received 4 quotes for this work, Chad was the very first and the least expensive but that was NOT the deciding factor. I appreciated his transparency and was thoroughly impressed by the work. So much so that I have requested a quote for some work I need done at my personal residence.
