Halfway on the Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders 2026 Showcase Home. Our intent since day one of this build has been to “Showcase” the amazing craftsmanship that goes into each and every part of not only The Showcase but every house L&L builds. We have shown you in the foundation and in the walls. Things many homeowners never get to see. We now turn the corner into the fine finishes portion of the build. Thanks to this years designer Azalea Home for giving us a sneak peek at some of the design choices that will be implemented in the finishing of the build. You’re about to see some amazing artistry in the coming weeks. We will have several DIY videos form our Pros. And we’ll let you know when you’re better off leaving the tools in the garage and bringing in the professional trades and suppliers we have the opportunity to work with daily.
