Two Rivers Poetry Society

Hello Two River Poets!! I spoke with the library today and after the first of the year they should be ready to reopen to the groups of the area. The librarian I spoke with said she will call after the "board meets" with the final news. We should be up and running by Valentine's Day and isn't that appropriate for poetry. I will keep you posted but we are getting closer :) Sharpen your pencils and rouse your sleepy muse. yoooohoooooo!!

Hello all! I am still waiting for word from the library about when they will open they meeting rooms for group meetings:) As soon as I hear from them I will let you know. It seems year two has left me languishing with the feeling things will never return to normal. How about you??

The June poetry meeting is cancelled due to a death in the family, in Dallas. I will see you in July, Sorry for the short notice.

With possible springtime weather in the forecast, we are set to meet tomorrow, with the mind spark of "storms" planned for our 2:30 meeting at the main library, in the Carnegie Room. You get to choose whether your storms are of the literal type or storms of another making. I hope to see you tomorrow. Feeling tranquil?? Bring whatever you like to read :)

Hello visiting Two Rivers Poets!!
Don't forget our meeting is tomorrow (3/21) at 2:30 PM at the Rogers Avenue Library in the Carnegie Room. I hope everyone can attend and bring a work on the subject of spring or the equinox or returning warmth or anything that suits your fancy.
