Congratulations to Seritha Twist, celebrating 10 years with Propak! Here are some words from Terry Smith, Chief Compliance Officer:

I am amazed that it has only been 10 years with Seritha Twist at Propak … in such a short time her impact on our culture and values has been immense. Seritha is that unique individual who pairs a remarkable knowledge of the “logistics” of human resources while at the same time bringing exceptional understanding of the key components required to run a successful “employee relations” program. Seritha is the driving force behind Propak’s highly integrated HR systems and incredible HR Team, and her ability to connect with individuals to create a climate of trust and support have made her the go to for all employees at Propak.

I have said many times that Seritha is the glue that binds Propak together and I am grateful to have had her as a colleague these past ten years. On top of all she has done and been to Propak, Seritha has also managed to masterfully balance being an amazing mother to her daughter Reyleigh, who is an academic and athletic All-Star just like her mom.

Please join me in congratulating Scott Trigg on 10 years with Propak! Scott joined Propak as a Plant Manager in our Oklahoma City RAD. He quickly saw his responsibility increase as he was promoted to Regional Manager, and then later to Director of Operations. During times of tremendous and sometimes difficult change, his dedication to Propak has been truly impressive. Scott’s first question is always, “how can I help”? His emphasis on safety and the development and promotion of those on his team has made Propak a better place to work.
