In the future I’ll say “I started as a spatial curator at The Bakery District”.

This is something I’ve always wanted to do and I got tired of waiting for the perfect moment.

I planned a rotation. That turned into re-discovering some paintings to add to the collection that’s shown on the property.

This collection is scattered, but full of opportunities. Paintings, photo prints, textiles and beautiful large format graphite works that latch onto curiosity.

We have some goals to achieve before we consider taking a deeper dive in this adventure. I would say it’s almost time for an exhibit. 🥂

joined me document the journey and get some reps in as a camera operator and assistant curator. We want to make sure we capture this story to share with other people that would be interested in knowing what goes on day to day leading up to an exhibition.
