Pitchfork Performance Horses

“Lola” and I have been on the struggle bus allllll summer. Battling soreness issues, getting in my head.. etc etc 😩
Today I went out on a whim and thought heck, I’m gonna run her to the left and see how it goes, because well… why not 😂🥴
I exhibitioned her today to the left twice for the first time ever and went ahead and sent her 🤪 I had actually planned to take her nice and easy, but apparently she had other plans haha
A little stumble going into second and got a bit lost going to third, but overall I was so happy with how she worked. Love this little mare so much and just want to get her back to where she was last year… hoping we are getting there!

“Cruise” had his first run on the clock today and him and Joey did so good!! I’m so proud of this gelding. I put 30 days of barrel training on him March of 2024 and then I just got him back the beginning of September, so he’s had a very limited time on the pattern. He’s been so fun and everything has came easy to him. Can’t wait for the next couple weekends! Good boy, Cruisey Palooza 💛

We have had “Cruise” in for a month now for barrel training. Joey has worked him on the poles about 3 days, so naturally he’s ready to enter 😆
They were 9th in the 3D last night in the pole bending. He’s the best boy!! It’s so nice to have a “go with the flow” gelding on the trailer full of sassy mares!
