📣Be cautious 🚨 walking/exercising on the seaway bridge over marina square and so forth on! I was working out with a friend of mine when we passed the marina over to the roundabout next to a plaza and as we where about to cross the street to return (go back up the bridge) this vehicle passed by quickly and yelled “Fuc*** Nig**rs” over to myself and my friend! We kept it pushing since it happened so quickly we were surprised and annoyed that someone would do that but continued on walking back towards the bridge. We made it past the round about again heading towards the aquarium when I felt pain shocking my arm and a loud sound of a white ford step side truck leaving fast! These people turned back around and threw a handful of creamers at us but ultimately hit me since I was on the edge side of the road! I can imagine I felt pain since it was thrown with force! We were confused and angry! WTH is wrong with ppl!! We continued to walk but now with more caution than ever worried that these ppl would return to possibly hurt us with something different (you just never know) we where still far from our cars since we parked them at the river walk center. We picked up some rocks in case they decided to return. As we approached our cars their where two police officers parked at the club house right next to the river walk center. We walked up to them to let them know what happened and they advised us that this has been occurring and being reported by walkers/joggers there lately! Please be careful this could have been much worse since it seemed like it was more of a racial thing! Please share this and again be careful. The police officers did mention that so many people are coming from Okeechobee and rallying with there big trucks at the bottom of the bridge and fighting/causing problems!! Just fyi we did notice these were 2 men.
