Banana Field Update

Two months ago, we planted 1,000 Nam Wah banana pups, using traditional flood irrigation. Today, we tilled the spaces between the rows to sow cover crops, which will later be turned into the soil as organic biomass. Additionally, we reinforced the irrigation ditches by planting vetiver and sugarcane along the bunds to help prevent soil erosion.
