✨️ EVERYONE has intuition - it's like a muscle. The more you listen to it and follow it, the stronger it gets

✨️ Intuition is NOT logic, nor logical. When you're practicing strengthening it, recognize you may never know or understand why it led you the way it did, but even if you're "wrong, " you'll learn something

✨️ Get to know what your intuition feels like in your body when it's accurate. Use those sensations as a template to check future intuitive "pings" against fear and anxiety

Before you DO any of those things you feel like you HAVE to do, check with your body.

When you sit with that thing (whatever it is), take a moment to get quiet and tune in. What do you notice? What sensations do you feel? What emotions arise? What sound do you want to make? What happens to your posture?

Your body is ALWAYS offering you wisdom. It's just waiting for you to listen...✨️
