We are less than 2 weeks away and it is shaping up to be a great meet. I have had several that have told me they were competing but not signed up yet. Congratulations to all the lifters at the Grinchmas meet at 365 Fitness in Sardis City! While it wasn’t one of the biggest competitions ever there was some great lifting, highlighted by Alabama Powerlifting Hall of Famer Jeff Ray breaking 3 national records! We will have all results posted soon. Thank you 365 Fitness for hosting and again congratulations to everyone!

APF-Alabama is excited to announce we have joined with 365 Fitness to put on the APF Grinchmas Powerlifting Meet! It will be held December 14th at 365 Fitness in Sardis City! We will have full power and single lifts of bench press and deadlift. We should have registration live tomorrow. Everyone get ready to put up some big numbers and have a lot of fun!
