Connection, movement, and time in nature 🌿🧘‍♀️

We recently teamed up with Empowerment Farm to offer a free “Yoga with the Animals” Adventure Series for SWFL Veterans and their Families.

Yoga can provide meaningful mental health benefits for Veterans, helping reduce stress, improve mindfulness, support emotional regulation, and create space for connection and healing. Combined with the calming environment of the farm and time spent with animals, this event created an opportunity to focus on both wellness and community.
