Unlike some states, we have a truly balanced budget. I know how hard the appropriations committees work to get it right. This year's budget includes $9 billion in reserves; most in over 15 years. Record setting environmental appropriations continue. I'm excited to assist Senator Passidomo with environmental and cardiac initiatives in her upcoming two-year term. Gratitude!
