Experienced, detail oriented processor needed for busy title company in Fort Myers. Must be familiar with all aspects of title insurance and real estate closings, including order entry, ordering and reviewing payoffs, ordering and reviewing estoppels, ordering and reviewing lien and title searches, requesting CPL's, reviewing title commitments and clearing title defects, sending requested/required items to lenders, mortgage companies and Realtors, post closing/warehousing files, sending payments for invoices, taxes and payoffs, answering phones, sending policies, following up on post closing items, etc.
Paying close attention to detail, consistency and constant professionalism is paramount in this industry. The right candidate should be punctual, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multi task. Professional office/casual office attire required. Opportunity for advancement available for an ambitious minded individual with the drive to move upward from the position we are hiring for.
Minimum 2 years prior experience is mandatory.
