In the ups and downs of life, mental health challenges can leave us feeling disoriented, hopeless, or forgotten. But Psalm 113:3 offers a simple and grounding truth: God's presence and worthiness of praise span the entire day—from the rising to the setting sun.
This verse reminds us that God is constant, even when our emotions aren’t. In moments of depression or anxiety, praise doesn’t have to be loud or perfect—it can be a quiet breath, a whispered prayer, or even the act of showing up for the day.
