As many you may know, I now work for the City as a Building Code Inspector, and I absolutely love it! However, I still have a heart for residential home inspections and I miss my clients!

Therefore, I'll be available for home inspections on WEEKENDS with NO added weekend fees! 24-48 hour report turn around I most cases! I am also available after 3:30pm on weekdays by appointment.

ANNOUNCEMENT!
I’m proud to announce that I started working for the City of Cape Coral as a Residential Building Code Inspector in April and I absolutely love it!

I have not been employed by Sherlock Home Inspections since last July, but would like to thank them for the experience I received during my 3-year tenure there.

However, I am maintaining my Florida Home Inspector’s license, and will be available to assist you and your clients with home inspections on weekends by appointment starting in July, once my non-compete agreement with Sherlock has been fulfilled.
