NEW electric infrastructure finally being installed at the property. The old girl has been given new footings, some new interior framing, some new moisture treatments and has a few new design changes in her future, inside AND out! Forty and fabulous. ! 🤣 Got some new shoes and a little work done 🤣
Next step, interior electric, and as soon as we are able to connect to the grid and power up we will test the AC and start to close it up!
