🚀 Rocket Health is Hiring – Office Admin / Assistant (In-Office Role)

Rocket Health is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Admin / Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and team.
This is a full-time, in-office administrative role focused on organization, customer support, and internal team coordination — not a sales position.

Key responsibilities:
• Customer service and client support
• Assisting with agent onboarding, training, and recruiting coordination
• Managing emails and internal communications
• Creating and organizing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (PowerPoint, etc.)
• General office and administrative support

What we’re looking for: • 1–3 years of experience in admin, executive assistant, or customer service roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
• Tech-savvy (email, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
• Must be able to work in-office

Position details: • Monday – Friday | ~8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Salary: $42,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities

Additional requirement:
• Must obtain a 2-15 Health Insurance License within 90 days (company will guide you through the process) — this is to assist with customer service needs, not sales.
