Melissa's business is built on relationships, her knowledge base, 10+ years of negotiating MMM dollar contracts in corporate America, and being tightly connected in the community in owning a local contracting business (Coharbor Electric). Additionally, Melissa is an owner for a nation wide commercial real estate development company. Realty is her specialty!

It was a great honor to be part of the opening of the new Fort Dodge VA Clinic. Such an amazing group of people, that have sacrificed so much to help the local veterans there.
